YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing investor KYC files (Luxembourg and Guernsey funds) to identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent documentation.
- Assisting in the remediation of incomplete investor files in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Requesting missing KYC documents and information from investors or client representatives and ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Updating investor and UBO information in KYC databases and electronic document management systems (EDMS).
- Performing PEP, sanctions, and adverse‑media screening and recording results in accordance with internal standards.
- Ensuring that all remediation actions are accurately documented for audit and regulatory purposes.
- Supporting the preparation of remediation progress trackers and dashboards for senior management oversight.
- Collaborating closely with the Compliance, Legal, Transfer Agency, and Engagement Teams to ensure consistent application of requirements.
- Supporting senior colleagues in implementing updated procedures and quality‑control steps for the remediation project.
- Escalating issues, unusual situations, or potential inconsistencies to the Senior Officer or Manager when necessary.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a degree in law, finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in AML/KYC, preferably within financial services or investor onboarding.
- Understanding of AML/CTF requirements for Luxembourg and/or Guernsey funds is a strong advantage.
- Experience in KYC remediation or regulatory review projects is considered an asset.
- You have strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of KYC principles, risk assessment, and documentation standards.
- You are comfortable working with databases, document management systems, and screening tools.
- You have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating in a structured, project‑oriented environment.
- You are fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- You are organized, proactive, and capable of managing your workload with a high degree of accuracy.
- You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to build expertise in EU‑based regulatory environments.
- You demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude toward continuous improvement.
