Basic Qualifications: - Graduate or undergraduate of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related course
- With at least two (2) years administrativeand customer service is strongly preferred

Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in computer software, network troubleshooting, and basic system maintenance
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and tracking

Maintenance Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
Record Keeping:
- Documenting demo use, repair work, parts used, and time taken for each repair job for reporting and record purposes.
Reporting Equipment Issues
- Communicate persistent or unrepairable issues to supervisors for further action
Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients regarding reported problems and ensure a schedule of support remotely & on-site.
Processing Return Request
- Review and validate customer return requests. Verify purchase details, warranty status and return eligibility.
Basic Troubleshooting
- Perform initial diagnosis and basic troubleshooting of reported equipment issues to identify the root cause.
Aftersales Service Quotation
- Prepare and issue quotations for after-sales services, including repair costs, replacement parts, labor, and service fee.
Continuous Improvement
- Suggest improvements for repair processes or equipment handling to reduce damage and downtime.
