Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: atleast 1 year BPO experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in scheduling and back office support
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
