As a Customer Support Associate, your role will involve assisting customers with their questions, concerns, and account-related issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Job description
Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions
Assisting customers with billing, technical, or service-related concerns
Providing timely and accurate solutions
Documenting customer interactions properly
Maintaining customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times
Following communication guidelines and company procedures
Collaborating with team leaders and support teams when necessary What We’re Looking For

Requirements:
Good English communication skills
At least high school grad, senior high school grad and bachelor degree holders
Basic computer navigation knowledge
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible schedules
