We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored product or service recommendations, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets. Key duties include building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs.
- Present and recommend products/services that meet customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and product updates.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in [specific industry].
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
