Associate Dentist (M. Dental)

- Examine, diagnose, and treat a variety of dental conditions, ensuring the highest level of care and patient comfort.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and concerns. Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options.
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to filings, crowns, root canals, extractions, cleanings, and preventive care.
- Provide patients with advice on proper oral hygiene, diet, and lifestyle choices that can prevent dental issues.
- Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests to identify conditions and recommend treatments.
- Provide emergency dental care as necessary for patients, including pain management and immediate treatment of injuries or dental issues.
- Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and medical histories in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in dental technologies, treatments and industry best practices through education.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license, in good standing, with no history of malpractice claims.
- Previous experience in clinical dentistry is preferred but recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage a high volume of patients while maintaining quality care.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of current dental procedures, techniques, and technology.
