Job Summary: - The Project Engineer (Civil & Structural) is responsible for the proper/execution of civil/structural work to ensure conformance with plans and specifications. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Cost - Estimate, monitor, and control civil/structural quantities (material, labor, equipment, and subcon). 2. Production
- Coordinate with the Cost & Schedule Engineer for the preparation of the baseline cost & schedule.
- Prepare and submit request for materials, labor, equipment, & subcon.
- Monitor and supervise civil/structural works.
- Submit weekly civil/structural accomplishment.
- Coordinate civil/structural changes with Design & Engineering.
- Recommend effective engineering solutions to field problems.
- Review construction plans & specifications for basic compliance with the prevailing Code and Standards of Practice.
- Coordinate civil/structural changes with CAD Operator for the as-built plans.
- Turnover civil/structural works in accordance to plans & specifications.
- Witness the testing of concrete, concrete hollow blocks, weldments, and rebar samples.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications or licenses (i.e., Registered Civil Engineer, Registered Architect, etc.)
- Has a minimum of 3 years experience in construction industry, preferably with exposure to project scheduling and tunnel form system.
- Has an in-depth knowledge of project scheduling and construction project management.=
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other engineering software tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Continuous professional development to stay updated on industry trends.

- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
