SALON MANAGER (To start ASAP)

About the role

Dragon Tiger Corporation is seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to join our team in Balayan, Batangas on a full-time basis , starting as soon as possible. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of salon operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. The Salon Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence whilst creating a positive and productive work environment for our talented team of beauty professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and facility maintenance

• Manage and supervise salon staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

• Ensure all staff members adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards and company policies

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and work towards achieving sales targets and profitability goals

• Maintain accurate records, including staff timesheets, client bookings, inventory levels, and financial reports

• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and attract new clientele

• Coordinate with stylists and beauty professionals to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

• Manage promotional activities and marketing initiatives to boost salon visibility and revenue

• Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate service contracts and pricing

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements for the salon and staff

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hair and beauty industry

• Strong knowledge of salon operations, beauty treatments, and industry best practices

• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build positive client relationships

• Proficiency in salon management software and basic financial management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

• Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills under pressure

• Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in salon environments

• Flexibility and willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as required

• Preferably, certification or formal training in salon management or business administration
