Caldwell Communications is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Telco Account in Davao City. The Customer Service Representative – Telco Account will assist customers with mobile, internet, broadband, and telecommunications-related concerns such as billing inquiries, account management, technical issues, service interruptions, and plan upgrades. This role is ideal for candidates searching for telco account jobs in Davao City, call center jobs in the Philippines, and entry-level CSR opportunities with no experience required.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to telecommunications services
- Assist with billing concerns, account updates, service requests, and plan changes
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity and service-related issues
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain high-quality customer service in every interaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex technical concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- No experience required
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
