Sales Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee and lead all sales operations across the Luzon region. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, and leading a high-performing sales team.

This is a full-time, field-based position that requires regular travel within Luzon. The successful candidate must also be available to report to the company's office in Meycauayan, Bulacan, as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets across the Luzon region.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Sales Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and motivate the Luzon sales team to consistently achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Establish clear sales targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and development to strengthen the team's capabilities.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Lead major negotiations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain long-term partnerships.

Sales Performance Management

• Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and analysis.
• Ensure the achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and sales initiatives.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business analyses to senior management.

Key job qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5-10 years of progressive sales experience, including 3-5 years in a sales management role.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent strategic planning, business development, and analytical abilities.
