Description - Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights on financial performance.
- Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely billing and payments.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of financial management, auditing, and general ledger accounting
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to prepare, analyze, and report financial statements
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
