URGENT HIRING: 2 Audit Staff
Location: Marilao, Bulacan
Industry: Food Manufacturing
Job Summary
Audit staff ensuring accurate inventory and compliance in food manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform internal audits of financial, operational, and inventory processes
- Conduct regular inventory counts (raw materials, packaging, finished goods) and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards
- Review and validate inventory movements in the system vs. actual stock
- Assist in identifying process gaps and recommend improvements
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
- Support external audits when required
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in audit and inventory control
- Strong understanding of inventory systems and audit procedures
- Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP) is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
- Willing to be assigned in Marilao, Bulacan
