Quality Assurance Staff

- Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure product standards are met.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
- Document testing processes and results to track performance and improvements.
- Assist in the training of staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh graduate or student preferred).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a laboratory or production environment.
