Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred/required depending on the assigned position.
With SO2
With experience in mechanical maintenance, pumps, motors, piping, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Able to prepare technical reports and service documentation.
Willing to work at different client sites and locations.
Willing to do field work and work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.
Physically fit for field and site work.
Responsible, organized, and safety-conscious.
Supervise and monitor mechanical installation, repair, and preventive maintenance works.
Conduct inspection, troubleshooting, and assessment of mechanical equipment and systems.
Prepare and review Service Reports (SR), PM reports, work plans, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with technicians, welders, fabricators, clients, and other personnel regarding assigned works.
Monitor the progress and quality of service activities at client sites.
Check equipment such as pumps, motors, AHU, HVAC systems, piping, and other mechanical equipment.
Prepare material, manpower, tools, and equipment requirements for assigned projects.
Ensure that work is performed according to approved specifications, procedures, and safety requirements.
Conduct site inspection and identify equipment defects and required repairs.
Assist in troubleshooting and provide technical solutions to mechanical problems.
Review measurements, equipment readings, and test results.
Coordinate with clients regarding work schedules, equipment concerns, and completion of service activities.
Monitor and ensure proper completion and submission of required documents.
Supervise technicians and ensure proper execution of assigned tasks.
Ensure compliance with company and client safety rules and procedures.
Perform other duties related to mechanical engineering and service operations as assigned by Management.
