Mechanical Engineer for Pampanga

The Factory Manager plans, directs, and coordinates all manufacturing activities within the plant. They ensure efficient production processes, maintain quality standards, optimize resource utilization, and lead the factory workforce to meet organizational goals.

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations.
• Ensure production targets and schedules are met.
• Monitor productivity and implement process improvements.
• Minimize production downtime and operational disruptions.
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to address production issues.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
• Supervise production supervisors, team leaders, and factory personnel.

• Implement workplace safety programs and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and investigations when incidents occur.
• Monitor raw material, equipment, and supply requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Ensure efficient utilization of machinery, materials, and manpower.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are operating efficiently.
• Coordinate repairs and upgrades as needed.
• Monitor production costs and operational expenses.

• Assist in budget preparation and cost management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, safety standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
