- Perform manual labor tasks on construction sites or other work environments.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
- Dig, lift, carry, and set up construction materials.
- Clean work areas, remove debris, and maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled workers.
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a laborer or construction role preferred.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and manual tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
