Helper

A Helper provides support to various teams and departments by assisting with physical tasks, organizing materials, and maintaining an efficient and safe work environment. This position involves helping skilled workers or other team members with their tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Assisting with Tasks:

• Help team members with manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, or assembling materials.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment, tools, or materials as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and organizing tasks to keep work areas neat and safe.

Supporting Team Members:

• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Provide logistical support, such as delivering supplies or tools to different work areas.
• Assist with the preparation of materials or products for production, packaging, or distribution.

General Labor Assistance:

• Operate simple machinery or tools under supervision.
• Transport materials between work areas or storage locations.
• Help maintain safety protocols and keep the workspace free from hazards.

Inventory and Stock Management:

• Assist in counting and organizing inventory or materials.
• Report any shortages or issues with supplies to the appropriate team members.
• Help with the restocking and organizing of materials after use.

Other Duties:

• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors or managers.
• Assist with tasks that arise on an ad-hoc basis as part of the team’s needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent (prior experience in a similar role is a plus).
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
• Strong physical stamina to lift, move, and stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in the workplace.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
