Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Holder At least 2 to3 years’ experience selling life Insurance medical insurance/HMO services Amendable to attend interviews Willing to work in Taguig City Can start as soon as possible Job Responsibilities: Served as the primary point of contact for existing clients regarding medical insurance/HMO services. Provided guidance on plan benefits, eligibility, enrollment, and availment processes. Assisted clients with inquiries, approval requests, enrollments, and other service-related concerns. Facilitated claims processing, approvals, and reimbursement requests. Coordinated with healthcare providers and the sales team to resolve client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintained up-to-date knowledge of the company's medical insurance/HMO products, services, and policy updates.
