About the Role
The Senior Manager, Insurance Conservation is responsible for leading customer retention initiatives, improving policy persistency, and ensuring operational excellence across conservation activities. This role plays a key part in preserving revenue and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage policy conservation and customer retention programs.
- Oversee lapse prevention and policy reinstatement initiatives.
- Track conservation performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
- Lead a team responsible for client engagement and conservation operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in insurance operations or customer retention.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of insurance servicing and policy administration.
- Excellent people management and problem-solving skills.
