Regional Sales Manager (North Luzon) Job Description
- Develop sales strategies to grow key accounts and expand new business.
- Manage client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the sales team.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or a related
- Strong key account management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven leadership experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Work Location: Whole North Luzon (Region 1,2,3)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM |
