Sales Representative

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Report on sales activities and progress toward goals to management.
- Educational Qualifications: At least completed 3rd year college
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of BPO experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and ability to persuade
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage sales pipeline effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
- Working Conditions: Full-time position with occasional travel required
