Sales Representative

JOB OBJECTIVE

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, developing new clients, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, and promoting the company’s products and services. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and support the company’s business growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities.
• Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients and accounts.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and sales meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and warehouse for order fulfillment and deliveryschedules.
• Monitor client orders, deliveries, and payment status.
• Handle client concerns, complaints, and after-sales service.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline reports, and sales forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing.
• Participate in marketing events, promotions, and product launches.
• Maintain client database and sales records.
• Support business development initiatives and sales strategies of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years experience in sales, preferably in F&B, restaurant, hospitality, or food distributionindustry.
• Experience in account management, client handling, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented and target-driven with strong sales skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Willing to do field work, client visits, and business meetings.
