Full Job Description
1. Educational Background
- Degree in Business Administration/Management
2. Administrative Skills
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
3. Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can communicate professionally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
4. Attention to Detail
- Accuracy in handling data, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation
5. Customer Service
- Ability to provide courteous and effective customer service
- Responding to inquiries and issues in a timely manner
6. Time Management
- Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and complete tasks promptly
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
7. Team Collaboration
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team, toll manufacturer, and other departments
- Providing support to the sales team
11. Record Keeping
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information
Notes
- Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, housekeeping and janitorial suppliers, carbon fibers, and epoxies for construction industries
