About the Company
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Assistant to join our team at De Castro Consulting PH. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our daily property operations, bridging the gap between tenant satisfaction and seamless contract management. Responsibilities
- Tenant Relations & Retention: Serve as the primary, go-to point of contact for tenants. Ensure all questions, issues, and concerns are addressed promptly, courteously, and with a solution-oriented mindset to drive long-term satisfaction.
- Onboarding & Contract Administration: Lead the smooth execution of tenant move-ins and move-outs. Manage proper documentation, ensure compliance with property guidelines, and maintain accurate records of lease agreements.
- Billing, Collections & Compliance: Monitor and track the timely settlement of property utilities, association dues, and accounts receivable collections while ensuring strict adherence to compliance schedules.
- Operations Support: Assist in executing daily operational tasks, planning workflows, and prioritizing property needs under the direction of leadership.
- Process & Record Management: Maintain impeccable digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all property policies, processes, and standard procedures are consistently followed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in property management, leasing, administrative support, or real estate operations.
