Project Coordinator (Telecom)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Telecom Operations team, specifically in RF and Tower Maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project tasks to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance works across various sites. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support daily project activities related to RF systems, tower maintenance, and site operations.
- Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and documentation to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and follow up with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Facilitate communication between field teams, engineers, subcontractors, and management.
- Organize site access, permits, and required documentation for scheduled maintenance activities.
- Compile and submit project reports, including progress updates, incident logs, and completion documents.
- Support inventory management by tracking materials, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance works.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and telecom regulatory requirements.
- Assist in resolving operational issues, coordinating corrective actions, and escalating concerns when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or any related field (preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in telecom coordination, RF projects, or tower maintenance is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
- Knowledge of RF systems, tower structures, or telecom operations is a plus.
