Account Manager I

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism, offering timely and effective solutions
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive business growth
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
- Proactively engage customers and deliver a high level of service at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and improve customer experience
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Assist customers with orders, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges
- Handle complaints and ensure proper resolution within set timelines
- Provide information on warranties, terms of sale, and product usage
- Support product recalls and communicate relevant updates to customers

- Solid product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and communicate product features and benefits
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Excellent listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Effective phone and communication skills, with a professional and friendly approach
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
- Experience handling clients in Education, Financial, Enterprise, and Government sectors is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is an advantage
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related business course
