Position: Order to Cash Assistant Manager Company Industry: Automotive Company Location: Cebu Salary Offer: Php 60,000 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Work Set Up: Hybrid Setup BENEFITS : Client Government Mandated Benefits Sick leave Vacation leave Emergency leave HMO Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other Business-related course. With at least 3-5 years’ experience in end-to-end process of Accounts receivable, process design and management, report generation, reconciliation and analysis Leadership experience is an advantage. Experience in Accounting System is an advantage. Amendable to start as soon as possible. Job Responsibilities: Oversees the billing and collection of payments for a company, acting as a bridge between AR staff and management. Ensure timely payments by processing invoices, managing customer accounts, conducting credit checks, reconciling payments, and leading a team to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial health. Provide support to, train, and oversee AR staff, setting team objectives and managing performance. Conduct credit checks, manage customer accounts, pursue overdue payments, and negotiate with customers on non-payment issues.
