- Helper assists with various tasks and duties within a specific area or department. The role typically involves supporting senior staff members, handling manual labor, assisting with maintenance, organizing tools, equipment, or supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general assistance to supervisors, managers, or team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace or job site.
- Transport materials, tools, or equipment as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods or supplies.
- Perform basic repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Support in setting up or breaking down equipment or machinery.
- Adhere to safety standards and practices.
- Follow directions and execute tasks efficiently and safely.
- Assist with inventory management and tracking.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior experience in a helper or labor-intensive role is a plus, but not required.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools or machinery (if applicable).
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift, move, or carry items.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative in completing tasks.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for long periods.
- Ability to work in various environments (e.g., indoors, outdoors, construction sites).
- Ability to safely use equipment and machinery, if required.
- Certifications (optional):
- Safety training or certifications (e.g., First Aid, OSHA) may be an advantage.
