Position: Mandarin Professional Attendant Company Industry: Food & Beverage Company Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday-Saturday at 9 am to 6 pm) Salary: Negotiable Work Set-up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino‑Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, Management, or related fields.
- Having experience as a General Manager Assistant, Executive Assistant, Management Secretary, Business Assistant, or in a similar role is a big advantage.
- Knowledgeable in preparing meeting minutes and ensuring timely follow‑up of action items.
- Strong cross‑functional coordination and project management capabilities, able to drive diverse departments toward shared objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Assist the General Manager with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and business communications.
- Provide Mandarin-English/Filipino interpretation and translation during meetings and daily operations.
- Coordinate with different departments and store/operations teams on behalf of the General Manager.
- Monitor and follow up on tasks and instructions assigned by the General Manager.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
