Customer Service Representative

Job Description
- Efficient Call Handling
- Properly log calls in the Call Log System.
- Coordination with other Business Units and branches
- Prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Provides adequate information per unit
- Handles customer complaints and provides possible resolution whenever necessary
- Handle escalated customer complaints and complex issues that require in-depth problem solving.
- Facilitates bookings request and cancellations
- Manage walk-in customers and can duty at Pier site or branches.
- Handles and answers emails and social media
Qualifications:
- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in any related course.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with CSR/customer service experience are welcome to apply
- Strong customer-handling and problem‑solving skills
- Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
