- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex problems.
- Assist in training new staff on customer service protocols.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0-1 year
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language, strong customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a strong work ethic and excellent people skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle high call volumes in a call centre environment
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
