Sales Collector

Responsibilities - Conduct daily visits to assigned car parks to collect the Sales Report and Accountability Report (HAR) from Parking Personnel.
- Verify the collection amounts recorded in parking personnel records and acknowledge/sign the documents prior to leaving the car park.
- Ensure that all collections received are properly and accurately recorded Logbook.
- Deposit all collections to the designated bank account following established procedures.
- Prepare and submit the Daily Report to the designated group after completing deposit.
- Submit hard copies of the Daily Accomplishment Report and deposit slip to the Audit team on a daily basis for proper documentation and verification.
- Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time by the Manager
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course or has completed at least two (2) years of college .
- With at least 3–6 months of experience/exposure in collections .
- Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License .
- Must be willing to work on a Graveyard Shift (GY) .
- Preferably has a personal motorcycle .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and perform collection-related activities as needed.
