Sales Development Representative

We're looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns that generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leveraging HubSpot, AI tools, and automation to streamline workflows, personalize outreach, and improve results.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage outbound campaigns in HubSpot
- Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers
- Create personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
- Leverage AI tools for prospecting, research, and content creation
- Manage and maintain accurate CRM data
- Run A/B tests and optimize campaign performance
- Schedule and coordinate qualified discovery meetings
- Track and report on outreach performance
Requirements
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or demand generation experience
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
Nice to Have
- Experience selling into marketing, technology, SaaS, or agency environments
- Familiarity with Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation strategies

- Consistently books qualified meetings with prospective clients
- Maintains a high meeting show rate
- Continuously improves outreach performance through testing and automation
- Keeps CRM data clean and up to date
