We’re looking for an experienced Virtual Administrator with a strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting. You’ll proactively reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, build initial relationships, and schedule appointments to support business development and sales activities.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Lead Generation Specialist, Appointment Setter, or in a similar sales support role.

• Hands-on experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead generation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage potential clients over the phone.

• Ability to qualify leads, identify potential opportunities, and secure appointments.

• Strong persuasion, active listening, and objection-handling skills.

• Good organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate lead records and follow-up schedules.

• Comfortable working with lead databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, or sales outreach tools.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while meeting outreach and appointment-setting goals.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads through online sources, databases, and other prospecting channels.

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services and generate interest.

• Qualify leads by assessing their needs, suitability, and potential interest.

• Schedule appointments and sales meetings with qualified prospects.

• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or other approved communication channels.

• Handle initial questions and objections professionally, escalating complex inquiries when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information, call records, and appointment details in the CRM or tracking system.

• Monitor lead generation and appointment-setting activities against assigned targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to support lead handovers and follow-up activities.
