This role supports a locally owned appliance repair business in regional NSW, trading since 1998, with a real plan to scale through automation.
You will run job intake and work orders remotely, working closely with the Australian operations team. Day to day, that means manufacturer portals, simPRO, invoices and the shared inbox, plus building the automations that cut manual data entry. What you'll be doing:
- Monitor manufacturer portals (Miele, Fisher & Paykel, Electrolux and others) and accept jobs within 24 hours
- Create, schedule and update jobs and work orders in simPRO for jobs request daily.
- Capture job, warranty and booking details accurately and escalate urgent jobs
- Process invoices, including third-party and manufacturer site submissions, and chase rejected or unpaid ones
- Manage the shared inbox and route enquiries to the right person
- Build and maintain automations in Zapier, Make or Power Automate, and document each workflow
- 3 to 5 years in operations, job coordination or administration, ideally in field service or trade administration
- Experience with simPRO or similar (ServiceM8, AroFlo, Fergus)
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make or Power Automate, and API integrations
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written English
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office
- GoHighLevel experience
- Manufacturer warranty portal experience
- Xero or MYOB invoicing
- Experience supporting Australian clients or working across time zones
- Own a real operation and improve it with automation
- Day shift aligned to Australian business hours, no graveyard schedule
- Work directly with an Australian team that is investing in systems
- Everything you build gets documented and used
- PHP 35,000 – 45,000 per month
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, work from home
