Patient Screening Nurse (Registered Nurse)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant clinical experience.
• Must have relevant experience in patient care and medical screening .
• Willing to be assigned to Shinagawa Healthcare (Diagnostic) .
• Willing to be assigned to the BGC Branch .

Job Responsibilities:

• Obtain and assess patient information, including medical history, vital signs, and diagnostic results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and encode information in the Clinical Information & Management System (CIMS).
• Prepare medical abstracts for physician review and approval.
• Provide quality patient care and address patient concerns professionally.
• Collect patient feedback and report concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Deliver nursing care and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
• Coordinate patient appointments, procedures, and monthly operation schedules.
• Support mobile clinic operations by providing patient care, coordinating screenings, and assisting with healthcare services both in the clinic and at off-site events.
• Assist during LASIK procedures when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
