Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or General Nursing
- U.S Nursing Licensed
- Holds current and unrestricted US Registered Nurse license
- At least 2-3 years of clinical experience
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Review clinical cases for medical necessity and benefit eligibility
- Conduct utilization management reviews (pre-service, concurrent, retrospective)
- Apply clinical guidelines and escalate cases as needed
- Coordinate with providers and internal teams
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies and standards
