General Operations Executive

The General Operations Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating key operational activities across the Import and Packaging sections. This role ensures the efficient processing of import/domestic documentation, shipment monitoring, bonded warehouse compliance, and packaging inventory control. The position works closely with procurement, shipping supervisors, and warehouse teams to maintain accurate records, timely reporting, and smooth operational workflows.
Job Responsibilities:
Import Section:
- Prep & check import/domestic docs
- Process RFP & RFS
- Monitor import/domestic shipments
- Make monthly import reports
- Coordinate with procurement on POs & ship dates
- Coordinate for domestic shipments
- Prep bonded warehouse docs
- Coordinate with shipping supervisor
Packaging Section:
- Update packaging issuance & deliveries daily
- Create packaging PR
- Update PR monitoring
- Maintain packaging monitoring
- Process bonded warehouse packaging liquidation
- Coordinate with warehouse assistant on inventory levels
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–4 years ops/logistics experience
- Knowledge of bonded warehouse & PR monitoring
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong coordination & communication skills
Working Conditions:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Mondays to Saturdays
- On-site
