Office Manager and Executive Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized professional to serve as both Executive Assistant and Office Manager, supporting a dynamic, mission-driven environment. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth execution of executive functions, daily operations, and cross-team coordination across multiple initiatives focused on social impact and inclusive business growth.
- Manage the executive’s calendar, travel, and meeting arrangements
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth interdepartmental workflow
- Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Develop project proposals and prepare reports and presentations
- Provide executive and operational support to team leaders overseeing various non-profit and mission-driven ventures
- Maintain administrative systems, records, and compliance with policies and government requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and general office software
- Experience and knowledge in development work, agriculture, entrepreneurial activities and related activities is a must
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
