Hotbox Philippines is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team.
Hotbox is a self-heating food container that warms your meal using a built-in steam system — just pull the string, wait a few minutes, and enjoy a hot, fresh meal anywhere.
The Role
The Social Media Manager develops and executes social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support marketing objectives. This role involves content creation, campaign management, analytics tracking, and staying up to date with social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, images, videos, stories)
* Manage day-to-day activity across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
* Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond in a timely and professional manner
* Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
* Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
* Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
* Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in social media
* Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* Proven 2 to 3 years experience in social media management or digital marketing
* Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms
* Excellent written and visual communication skills
* Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite
* Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights)
* Creative thinking and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
