ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist who understands how algorithms work, how trends move, and how viral content spreads.
Your job: Grow our pages FAST across TikTok, FB Reels, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
You will analyze data, spot trends early, and guide our content team on what formats will hit big.
This role is perfect for someone who is both creative AND analytical, someone who understands why people share, not just what people watch.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Track and analyze content performance across all platforms
• Identify viral patterns, hooks, and high-retention formats
• Recommend content ideas to the Creative Director
• Work with the Editor and Shooter to optimize content
• Spot trends early and brief the team within minutes/hours
• Set posting schedules and optimize posting times
• Grow followers, engagement, and overall reach
• Run small boosting tests (optional), manage ads if needed
• Create weekly analytics reports for Boss Noel
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
• Is obsessed with TikTok, Facebook Reels, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts
• Understands virality psychology: curiosity, tension, humor, controversy, emotion
• Knows how the algorithm rewards retention, comments, shares, saves
• Can interpret analytics clearly (retention curves, drop-off points, CTR, engagement rate)
• Moves FAST — trend today, content today
• Loves data and storytelling at the same time
TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW
• Analytics (Creator Studio, TikTok analytics, YouTube Studio)
• Google Sheets
• CapCut/VN familiarity (bonus)
• Basic paid ads knowledge (bonus, not required
