About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team at Alpha Multi Core Advertising Corporation' in Taytay Rizal. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate management of all company documents, ensuring they are properly organized, stored, and accessible. This full-time role is an integral part of our operations, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive document control system to ensure the proper storage, retrieval, and distribution of all company documents
- Implement and enforce document control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal regulations
- Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of all company documents, including contracts, reports, and other critical information
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate dissemination of information
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a document control or records management role, preferably in an administrative or office support environment
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in the use of document management software and other relevant technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Familiarity with industry-specific document control standards and best practices
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 document control standards and implementation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
