We're Hiring: Document Controller (Construction Industry)
Location: Cainta Rizal and North Caloocan City
Full-Time | Experience: 1–2 Years
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take the next step in your construction career? Join our dynamic team as a Document Controller and play a key role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of project documentation!
- Manage and organize all project-related documents, including contracts, drawings, BOQs, specifications, etc.
- Ensure document control procedures are followed, in compliance with ISO standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, site staff, and subcontractors to ensure timely receipt and distribution of documents.
- Maintain updated logs and document registers.
- Ensure that documents are properly stored and easily retrievable (both physical and digital copies).
- Assist in the preparation of project handover documents and reports.
- Prepare liquidation reports and other documents for submission to the head office.
- Perform relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a document control role within the construction or engineering industry.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Pivot, VLOOKUP, and Google Suite tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
