Leads nationwide sales operations, drives revenue growth, and manages regional sales teams. Responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies, expanding distribution channels, and building strong client relationships. Monitors performance, analyzes market trends, and ensures achievement of company sales goals. Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in sales management.
DUTIES:
- Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies and plans
- Set and monitor sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Lead, manage, and coach regional/area sales teams
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports
- Expand and manage distribution channels and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
- Oversee pricing strategies, promotions, and product launches
- Ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews
- Resolve major customer or operational issues
- Drive continuous process and sales improvement initiatives
