JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English
• Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
• Open to no related experience.
• Having customer service experience is an advantage.
• Having BPO experience is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone regarding transportation services, logistics operations, and delivery-related concerns.
• Provide assistance with shipment tracking, package updates, delivery status, and resolution of logistics-related issues.
• Manage requests for refunds, returns, and order adjustments while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support order processing activities, including order changes, cancellations, and delivery schedule updates.
• Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer concerns while maintaining efficient service delivery.
• Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and service requests while ensuring a high standard of customer support.
