- We are looking for a reliable and motivated Helper to assist with various tasks in our organization. The Helper will provide support in different departments and functions, ensuring smooth operations and helping team members with daily activities. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist team members in completing tasks related to the department's needs.
- Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Clean and maintain workspaces, ensuring a safe and tidy environment.
- Support the main staff in loading/unloading items, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Follow instructions provided by supervisors or team leads.
- Operate basic machinery or equipment as required (with training if necessary).
- Perform routine checks on tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Assist in record-keeping or basic administrative tasks as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all safety equipment is used properly.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet departmental goals.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent (or pursuing).
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving objects.
- Strong communication skills to follow instructions and report progress.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
- Good time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a work environment.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Preferred Skills (optional):
- Basic knowledge of tools or machinery.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, construction, or industrial setting.
- First-aid certification or knowledge of basic safety practices.
