Accounting Staff - 2 yrs experience - SFDM, Quezon City

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2 years experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit tax returns and related documentation. Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
