REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1–3 years of recruitment background.
• Knowledge of labor laws, recruitment policies, and employment regulations is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Manage the complete recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, -screening, interviews, and job offer coordination.
• Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and understand hiring requirements.
• Source and attract qualified Mandarin-speaking candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to keep the recruitment process organized, efficient, and on schedule.
• Keep candidate information, recruitment records, and hiring reports accurate and up to date.
