Telco Sales Team Leader (1–2 Years TL Exp) | Up to ₱45K | Makati/Pasig | Night Shift | ASAP Location: Makati or Pasig (Onsite) Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱45,000 Shift: Night Shift Start Date: ASAP / Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Telco Sales Team Leader to manage a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced BPO environment. The role focuses on driving revenue, coaching agents, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 15–20 sales agents Drive performance across sales conversion, revenue, and productivity metrics Conduct coaching sessions, call listening, and performance reviews Monitor attendance, adherence, and shrinkage Handle client escalations and operational reports Analyze performance data and implement action plans for improvement Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams Qualifications At least 1–2 years of Team Leader experience in a BPO setting Strong background in Telco Sales, Upselling, or Retention Proven experience in a quota-driven environment Strong knowledge of KPIs (Conversion, Revenue, AHT, CSAT) Excellent communication and leadership skills Willing to work onsite in Makati or Pasig on a night shift schedule Available to start ASAP or within a short notice period Preferred Qualifications Experience handling US or AU telco accounts Familiarity with CRM tools and performance dashboards Strong coaching and people management skills
