• Manage and operate infrastructure and operations aligned with service and experience level agreements.

• Maintain reliable and secure information technology infrastructure to support organizational needs.

• Identify opportunities to continually improve services and increase operational effectiveness.

• Govern ongoing service delivery and implement enhancements to optimize performance.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service management and operational excellence.

Job Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Technology Expense Management.

• A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

• 2+ years work experience required with supervisory experience.

Must Have Skills:

• Intermediate proficiency in data analysis.

• Intermediate proficiency in process improvement.

• Beginner proficiency in project coordination.

• Advanced proficiency in vendor management.

• Intermediate proficiency in financial reporting.
